Rick Pierce
President/CEO

As the founder of GBX Enterprises, Rick is a self-described "obsessive techno-geek" who has realized his dream of transforming himself – and his geek compatriots - into babe-satisfying players. Native to Middle America (Detroit, Michigan), Rick forgot to live it up at Wayne State University as he polished off two degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science and went straight to work for technology consulting firms and dot-com empires. Luckily, life as a business/computer geek has afforded Rick the ability to travel all over the USA and allowed him the opportunity to have a girl “in every (air)port” just like James Bond. Like other geek hipsters, Rick resides in the OC, with his two cats, where he enjoys hot women, fast computers and his most pleasurable hobbies -- scuba diving and customizing his sports car.

Ken Gadd
Business Manager

With a background in finance and business ethics, Ken is the owner and senior consultant of Gadd Business Consultants, Business Growth Specialists and serves as GBX's business manager. He has an MBA in finance from Wayne State University and earned a master's of divinity, and a doctorate of ministry-business ethics, both from Ecumenical Theological Seminary. In need of any type of spiritual intervention, GBX is happy that Ken is a part-time pastor. He's interested in social entrepreneurship, world religion, and business ethics hence GBX is the perfect case study for him.

Matt Swayne
Marketing and Advertising Director

Despite what you think of a writer hailing from a small Pennsylvania town – with his wife, two cats, and the occasional horse that stops by to poop on the front lawn – Matt has had featured articles on both Playboy Online (No, it wasn't a letter…) and Music.com. He co-created the animated pilot "Bargoylz", which follows the hilarious exploits of two drinking gargoyles and is currently co-authoring a book with one of the cast members of the A&E docu-drama Paranormal State. While he's never been to California, Matt feels that – thru the help of the O.C. and Baywatch re-runs – he has enough insight into California culture.

Blake Benham
Multimedia Content Producer

Blake is our video and photo expert. He’s a filmmaker and a photographer with too many credits to mention. If you find yourself unable to stop laughing at some of his vids, there’s a reason: he’s a comic genius and was even in a comedy show, JerkStore Films, Volume 1. He lives in San Francisco.
